Aluminium steel panels were used to clad the exterior of the third floor addition. Galvanized trim was used to finish off the corners and soffit to give the project an all metal look.

| Glass panels 1/2" thick act as the railing for the staircase. The transparency of the glass minimizes the visual presence while still providing safety. Thick steel hand rails extending up two floors were painted the same colour of the wall so that they would they disappear.
